Membership Information
Film-Fanatic.Club is a group of movie buffs who love obscure, underrated, forgotten, cult, midnight, indie, international, underground, art house, grindhouse, vintage fare — and everything in between. Join us for stimulating evenings of interesting movies, conversation, and connection — where film is art, and the venues like Gallery Art Bar is your cinema.
Our vision: To curate themed movie nights, director spotlights, and special screenings that emphasize the shared cinematic experience with films that come alive on the big screen and inspire lively post-screening conversations over drinks. Each screening is treated as an event, complete with introductions, discussions, bonus short subjects, and extras.
Our goal: To build a community of loyal followers and establish regular screenings across Champaign–Urbana for movie buffs, film fanatics, and the creatively curious. We deliberately seek out the unusual, daring, and visionary — films that stimulate both the mind and the eyes.
Get involved: Join the club by volunteering at screenings and get free admission every time you donate your time. Other volunteer positions are also available to earn points house towards membership and free admissions.
Membership options
A basic membership is only $20 per year (includes one drink ticket good for any beverage at Gallery Art Bar.* You can join Film-Fanatic.Club at any Film Fanatic Movie Night or by using your credit card below.
Member ($20/year)
